With over 20 meeting rooms and 114 bedrooms, Restaurant and Bar, we also have a fantastic onsite leisure club. We are part of "The Venues Collection", a grouping of five easily accessible event spaces.,

• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate our talented team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
• Assist in developing and implementing new menus and promotions
• Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
• Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue generation
  
  Proven experience in food and beverage supervision or a related role
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
