Food & Beverage Attendant - The Park

As a Food & Beverage Attendant your main duties and expectations for the role will include : Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the arrival experience ) with a smile and a clear Good morning / evening / afternoon. Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests' expectations. Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy,, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him / herself as well as other colleagues. Assists in opening and procedures in the outlets. Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing, equipment, and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.
