Food and Beverage Manager

Your duties will include:

• Taking responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
• Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
• Managing the team with training and development in line with business requirements.
• Ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.
• Preparing rotas in line with business requirements.
  
  We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel in Market Bosworth, set in 11 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens, the Grade II listed mansion which houses the hotel, dates backs from the 17th century and still retains many of its original features.Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel and is just a 30-minute drive from local towns and cities such as Tamworth and Leicester.
