Food and Beverage Manager

As the Food and Beverage Manager at The View Hotel, Eastbourne, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations. Your responsibilities will include managing events, recruiting and leading the team, supporting menu development, maintaining inventory and budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will uphold consistent service standards to maximize guest satisfaction while fostering a workplace that reflects our core values. • Proven Experience: At least 3 years in food and beverage management or a related field. Multi-outlet experience is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
• Leadership Skills: Inspirational leadership with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
