Full Job Description
As Hotel Food and Beverage Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. This includes recruiting. managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The manager must also monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
- Managing large scale F&B operations in hotels, convention centers or similar environment and expertise in menu planning, purchasing, inventory and team management ,
- A deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
- The ability to handle high-volume, high - pressure events and event planning, logistics and co ordination with various departments.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting and cost control,
- You'll be an inspirational leader with first class communication, and organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and crisis management abilities.
- You'll be equipped with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards For this role we require catering qualifications or proven eperience in a similar role. The required candidate will have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation and guiding principles. You will also hold a Personal Licence or be willing to become a Personal Licence Holder.
