Food & Beverage Server

As Food & Beverage Server, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the world with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.

The role of Food & Beverage Server is to ensure the smooth running of the Artisan Restaurant and function facilities on a day to day basis, providing a positive guest experience and maximising food and beverage revenues.

You do not need hospitality experience to be successful in this role, however the right candidate needs to be confident in their approach, willing to try new things in order to be successful, be self-motivated and engage with guests and colleagues in a positive manner on a day-to-day basis.

A day in the life of…, This role is being offered on a variety of contracts, Annualised Hours, Fixed Term, and Casual contracts are avaliable with a starting salary of £11.70 per hour increasing to £12 per hour after your eight-week training period. You would be required to work 4/5 days out of 7 per week on a rota basis including mornings, evenings & weekends.


• Annualised Hours is an alternative way of expressing a working contract in hours per year, rather than the conventional hours per week. It enables staff to receive a standard monthly salary based on average hours, no matter how many hours they work in any month. Team members can be rostered for additional hours during busy times and fewer hours during quieter periods.
