Food & Beverage Supervisor

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and a flair for delivering exceptional dining experiences? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious establishment.,

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities


• Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards


• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support


• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages


• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner


• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  
  Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities


• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations


• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
