Full Job Description

join our team. You will work closely with the Food &

Beverage Management Team and the General Manager overseeing daily operations of

the F&B Outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards and delivering a

luxury dining experience.

This role involves leading,

training and supervising F&B Team, maintaining operational efficiency and

ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. The F&B

Supervisor will act as a key point of contact between guests and the kitchen and

will ensure that all service standards reflect the hotel's luxury brand., Greet all guests with a warm and welcoming

demeanour around the hotel.

Supervise daily operations of all F&B

outlets, including, restaurants, bars, lunges, room service, banquets as

assigned).

Ensure smooth service flow, timely order

delivery, and high-quality guest experience.

Assist in coordination of large events, private

dining, and special functions.

Manage Restaurant bookings, making sure all

customers experience five star service.

Monitor team schedules and ensure adequate

coverage for all shifts.

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing

F&B Team to deliver superior gust experience.

Conduct on-the-job training for the team, lead

by example.

Ensure F&B Team is presentable at all times,

adhering to grooming and uniform standards.

Assist in the onboarding of new team members.

Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and

anticipate their needs, ensure outstanding dining experience.

Build and maintain strong guest relationships,

ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.

Handle guests' inquiries and complaints with

professionalism, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails,

and reservations, ensuring all communication is handled professionally and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with all health & safety

and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).

Monitor cleanliness and proper maintenance of

all F&B areas, equipment and utensils.

Ensure the service standards align with the

hotel's brand requirements and exceed guest expectations.

Assist in managing inventory, ensuring adequate

stock levels and minimising waste.

Oversee accurate billing, cash handling and

payment procedures.

Assist with monthly inventory checks and stock

control.

Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless

communication and timely service.

Coordinate with other departments, i.e.

housekeeping, front office, for special requests, events and guest needs.

Participate in regular meetings with management

to discuss operations, staff and guest feedback.

Respond to emergency situations calmly

and efficiently, following hotel protocols.

This job description is

Strong interpersonal skills and guest-oriented

mindset.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and guest service

skills, with focus on creating memorable experiences.

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service,

wine pairings and menu offerings.

Familiarity with the Health & Safety

regulations in F&B service (HACCP).

Proficiency in POS systems.

Collaborative mindset to work closely with

cross-functional teams.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced

environment.

Detail oriented and highly organised., Degree in Hospitality Management, or

related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in food

and beverage with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or

fine dining environment.
