The Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Avery Healthcare is responsible for supporting the Hospitality Manager in ensuring exceptional customer care and service delivery, while also maintaining health and safety standards within the catering operations. The successful candidate will have previous team leadership experience, a passion for culinary services, and a commitment to creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for the residents., As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include liaising with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to meet residents' hydration and nutritional needs, supporting and delivering all catering services while maintaining resident choice, dignity, and safety, creating a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere, and collaborating on special event planning. You will also be responsible for training, supervising, and appraising catering staff. The ideal candidate will have an awareness of COSHH and CQC regulations, previous experience in a similar team leadership role, and relevant qualifications in food and hygiene or catering services.
