Food And Beverage Supervisor

This role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Avery Healthcare's Brentwood Arches Care Home in London involves supporting the Hospitality Manager to ensure consistent customer care and service delivery, meeting residents' nutritional and hydration needs, and maintaining high standards of health and safety., As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities will include liaising with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef, supporting and delivering catering services, creating a warm and welcoming dining environment, and ensuring staff are trained, supervised, and appraised. You will need to have awareness of COSHH and CQC regulations, previous team leadership experience, and relevant qualifications in food safety and catering.
