De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor are recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support and guide our team of Food and Beverage staff, who play a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel. As the Food & Beverage Supervisor you will take a lead role participating in the preparation, set up and service of the food and bar service areas, you'll ensure a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards and quality of service. You'll also all check duty management, review and monitor cash floats, ensure equipment maintenance, and ensure all F&B areas are always kept presentable and tidy, to ensure the best F&B experience for all of our customers all of the time. You will assist the bar creating and serving drinks and engaging with our guests on a daily basis, work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge as well as keeping the bar area clean and well stocked at all times.

  • You are confident and guest focused and through an intuitive approach deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome.
  • You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively.
  • You will ideally be familiar with booking systems such as Open Table although this is not essential as training can be provided.
  • Ideally you'll have supervisory experience in an F&B environment and the proven ability to go the extra mile for our customers.
  • You'll be committed to delivering fantastic customer service, but will also be a competent leader with strong communication skills that mean you can interact with all levels of colleagues and guests.

    De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds.
