Food and Beverage Team Leader

This role is part-time (29.6 hours) covering a seven-day operation, mainly daytime hours, with Sunday and Bank Holiday working paid at an enhanced rate. You will have a successful track record in the hospitality industry with great customer service skills as well as a basic understanding of budgeting, rotas, ordering, record keeping and stock control. Team leader experience is an advantage but not essential.

A key eye for detail and immaculate personal presentation is key. Being highly organised and having excellent communication skills will ensure you put the customer at the heart of everything you do. You will also have the ability to cope in a busy environment, work well under pressure, and deal calmly with unexpected situations, whilst being enthusiastic, self-motivating and demonstrating a passion for providing great customer service.
