The role requires high standards of personal hygiene, experience in a similar setting, and compassion for the residents., As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. This will include supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of house clean and well-presented, and replenishing fresh cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fruit throughout the day. You'll also need to be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
