  • The What... As a Food & Drink Support Manager, you will be working with the Head of Food & Drink to support Regional Support Managers and all Hollywood Bowl Group centres in delivering market-leading food and drink sales and profit growth through speed, quality and consistency, and excellent service standards. Within this field-based role, you will: Monitor our centres food & drink sales and service performance, addressing opportunities as they arise by working with our Regional Support Managers and members of the centres management teams to implement activity accordingly.Using your existing food & drink operational experience, you'll champion in our centres:The consistent delivery of good product quality to our customersImprovement of speed of service to our hungry and thirsty customersAwareness of food & drink, by developing Team Member passion and knowledge to build awareness with customers.Generating positive energy in our business and creating fans of food & drink amongst our centre team members.
  • You'll provide support to our investment programme, including implementing training and development plans.
  • Work closely with our food & drink partners, you'll take ownership for our bar & diner training academies.
  • You'll take ownership for our food & drink audit processes ensuring its relevance and legal compliance.
  • You'll monitor and report on activities, costs and performance to demonstrate return on investment.
  • Working with other departments including the marketing and audit teams as well as external stakeholders, you'll have a close eye for detail to support the launch of company food & drink initiatives.
  • You will work closely with the Head of Food and Drink, supporting and leading other key projects as required.
  • Attend regional meetings and centre team meetings as necessary.
  • The Who... To be a successful Food & Drink Operational Support Manager, you'll have: Previous experience working in a food & drink operational role.A high level of commercial awareness with a good understanding of food and drink P&L's.Experience of leading food and drink projects that span multiple sites.Ability to work with and influence internal and external stakeholders.A target-driven work-ethic, motivated by pace and innovation.Strong initiative and effective time management.A full clean UK driving license.Knowledge of food safety regulation.Advanced Food Hygiene certificate, desirable but not essential.Willingness to travel nationwide and work flexible hours as required.Hollywood Bowl Group has a passion for bringing families and friends together for affordable fun and healthy competition.Following our listing on the main stock market in 2016 we became Hollywood Bowl Group, seeking out the perfect locations for our bowling and golf centres nationwide.
