Food Graduate Programme

Our Food Buying team sources great quality products to give our customers the best range, at the best prices. So on this programme, you'll help manage relationships with suppliers and set up exciting new product ranges.

You'll start by spending 12 weeks working in stores, getting to know how they operate. Then you'll complete rotations on both our fresh and packaged food buying teams, giving you a breadth of experience and the chance to build all sorts of skills such a negotiation and supplier management.

On track or achieved a 2:2

We're looking for grads with a passion for products and a love for food. It's not essential that you have any previous experience but it definitely helps if you have a commercial mind, are comfortable with data and curious of market trends and changes.
