Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring and innovative teacher, who has the relevant skills to teach Food and Food and Nutrition up to GCSE. You will be joining our growing Food department and we hope you are ready to actively contribute to the future development of the subject. The successful candidate will be passionate about their subject, dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences within the classroom and keen to contribute to wider aspects of school life. Candidates are sought who can demonstrate a particular aptitude for:
- Communicating their subject knowledge and passion;
- Excellent relationships with pupils and
- Planning and delivering diverse schemes of learning. Hours, Salary & Benefits: Hours: This is a part time role for a 0.8 timetable. Salary: An attractive salary and benefits package will be provided. Benefits:

- The ability to work to deadlines Duties:
- Planning and preparing courses and lessons
- Teaching, according to their educational needs, the pupils in your classes, including the setting, marking and moderating of their work.
- Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils
- Organising and participating in extra-curricular activities
