As a production operative, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line. Working with innovative machinery and automated plant equipment and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland. As a Team Member, you will be instrumental in supporting the decisions that keep us in line with these standards, ensuring a secure and top-quality environment.
A good level of English and Maths Able to work a 4 on 4 off Nights - 6:00pm-6:00am Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Ideally experience in a food manufacturing environment, but this isn't essential Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene (but this isn't essential as training will be given)
