Food Runner / Busser | Devon

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Role Responsibilities

• Efficient Food Service:
• Accurately deliver food to guests and ensure proper presentation.
• Assist servers by promptly delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Communicate any 86'd items to kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain Restaurant Cleanliness:
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dining room and expo station.
• Clear and bus tables promptly after guests leave.
• Transport tableware to the dish room and ensure proper sorting.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths between seatings.
• Remove trash and recycling throughout the shift.
• Assist with side work before, during, and after each shift as needed.
• Assist with polishing and restocking tableware, especially during busy periods.
  
  Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance
• Self-motivated and interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs)
