We make sure only the right restaurants make it online and customers have the right information to make informed takeaway choices. Our team works with every internal function, our restaurants, consumers, government groups, and more. We are part detective, part diplomat, part process machine, and are here to ensure our consumers love their takeaway experience.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Deal with high-risk cases to resolve them swiftly and efficiently.
• Designing Food Safety and New signup training and providing support to internal team members, including weekly meetings with stakeholders ie, sales.
• Keeping up to date with appropriate legislation and Company policy and procedures and communicating these to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Act as an external point of contact and subject-matter expert on all issues relating as well as Advising internal and external customers about policy and procedures, escalating issues and suggesting changes to the policy.
• Investigate, action and resolve inbound queries from consumers, restaurants and third parties ie, council
• Utilise the reporting systems to record and report on Food Safety / New sign up related issues, accidents and complaints.
What will you bring to the table?
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Great attention to detail
• Presenting skills and training experience will be a great bonus, but not essential
• Hygiene rating knowledge
• Able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a basic understanding of food safety complaints
• Some type of senior experience/leader experience
• Business registration knowledge (FSA) how councils work, SLA times
