Food Service Assistant - Bristol

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Food Service Assistant to join an extremely successful team based in Bristol. You will support in an efficient and smooth operation and in our goal to deliver a World-Class service, your goal is to exceed customer expectations and provide a "wow" factor in the while maintaining consistency high standards of client and customer service., A day in the life of a Food Service Assistant:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
• Operating tills and handling cash
• Clean back of house areas crockery and cutlery
• Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, food preparation and public areas
• Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
• Perform daily paperwork.
• Keep diligent records as required.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work.
  
  Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 is desirable although relevant training will be provided.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Basic numeracy skills are required.
• Flexibility is essential as Shift patterns may vary to fit the business.
• Must be able to work in all areas of the business if required.
• Transport required as it's a remote area with limited public transport.
• Reasonable overtime to help with the business needs.
• A DSB check required If the candidate is successful.
  
  The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour, and this is a full time position.
This is a Monday - Friday position with no evenings - a great work/life balance! A DBS check is required for the successful candidate.
