Foot & Ankle Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator to join the Foot and Ankle team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital to support the Unit and team in all administrative tasks / electronic referral system / Overseeing the follow up appointments / Typing., We are seeking an experienced administrator who has previous or current knowledge with hospital processes or similar, which includes

• Electronic Via Pathpoint & ERS referral registration
• Tertiary referrals
Knowledge of booking outpatient appointments Electronic scanning of patients notes You must have admirable communication skills, be able to work effectively in a multi - disciplinary team, using your own initiative when prioritizing your workload as well as being able to lead and maintain high standards of care alongside our trust values. You should be able to work well under pressure and be able to multi-task in this busy but friendly working environment.
