Full Job Description

  • Lead and inspire your players during training sessions and match days.

  • Follow our full-season training programme, and adapt it as necessary to meet your team's needs and player development goals.

  • Adopt a 'development-first' philosophy, focused on technical improvements through small-sided games and mini-matches (i.e 1v1, 2v2, 3v3)

  • Work closely with our supportive club and community, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.

  • Focus solely on coaching and developing your players, with all administrative duties handled by the club.

    We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Football Manager to join our team. This role offers you the chance to coach talented young players, with the freedom to bring your unique training style to our structured, season-long programme. You'll be working with our players on a top-quality 3G pitch during midweek training sessions and leading them in competitive matches on Sundays in the CWYFL., Previous experience in coaching football, ideally with youth teams.


  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for developing young talent and creating a positive team culture.
