Foreign Trade Operations UK Intern

The Foreign Trade Operations Department at Robert Bosch Ltd based in Denham, has a fantastic opportunity for an undergraduate student with a keen interest in Foreign Trade, Customs Processes and Data Analysis to undertake a 12-month placement. As an Intern in this department, you will have an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience working for a highly reputable global company where you can develop your personal and professional skills. You will be actively supporting the operations team in areas such as:

• Carrying our procedural mapping and documentation
• Carrying out Invoice Verification with our brokers and driving process improvements
• Supporting the Internal Control process ensuring compliance
You will support the team development of utilising various tools e.g. PowerBI, to bring greater transparency to our processes and results:
• Making sure the MSS data is up to date and provide our internal customers with the relevant KPI's in a user friendly format
• Preparation of Trader Support Service data for shipments to Ireland utilising automation tools.
• Assistance in preparation for and attendance at audits (internal, external, broker).
• Develop and maintain an internal Bosch Intranet page to provide up-to-date information to the UK Businesses
