Are you are looking for a role, where you can help shape the future of forensic services? Do you want to develop your leadership skills and support clinicians to offer an excellent service to women?Do you want to be part of a service built on best practice guidelines?, As a Charge Nurse you will work closely with the Unit's Modern Matron, Ward Manager and Clinical Nurse Lead. You will be an integral part of the MDT comprising of nursing, medical, psychology and occupational therapy team members. You will be able to develop your own practice, and support others to develop theirs. With a reputation for excellence and providing a range of evidence-based care, our service offers an attachment model of care which is tailored to each individual's needs along with a range of therapies and experiences to assist in person's recovery journey. We have established very effective ways of working with the patients to help them identify and reach their goals whilst keeping them safe and supporting them onwards to a new life in the community.
