Thames House is a 26 bed low secure unit for women with a diagnosis of mental illness and/or personality disorder. Many of our service users have had experience of the criminal justice system in the past. The unit is split into a 10 bed high dependency unit and a 16 bed lower dependency unit. Individuals applying for this post will require a positive can do attitude and first rate clinical skills and knowledge to work with very complex and often challenging patients. Also essential is a calm and reflective nature and the ability to offer leadership and containment to the ward.The successful candidate will be expected to contribute and participate in the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of care and treatment for people with mental health problems. This post attracts a RSU Lead of £1,446 per annum on top of your annual salary.
