Full Job Description

This is the perfect opportunity for someone seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and rewarding environment where no two days are the same. Working hours involve shifts, including some nights, weekends and bank holidays., On a day-to-day basis, the role will involve helping nurses, doctors, occupational therapists and other team members to deliver high quality person-centred care. This will include listening to and talking to service-users and their families, helping to build service-users' confidence and independence, providing practical and caring support, and treating all service-users, carers and colleagues with dignity and respect.

Our service-users are our number one priority, so we need people who are committed to supporting others, even at more challenging times. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to think quickly and act in a calm and sensible manner. The successful candidates will also need to reflect the Trust's key values.
