Full Job Description

  • Follow Company health and safety policies and procedures, working in a safe manner at all times.

  • Work involves extensive use of a forklift truck (counterbalance).

  • Accurate storing/picking/vehicle loading.

  • Pallet consolidation.

  • Support the smooth operation of the production department.

  • Interact with computerised WMS.

  • Auditing.

  • General warehouse duties.

    A current FLT Counterbalance licence is essential. Please note, we are not able to accept 'in house licences'.

  • Experience using Datalinx and computerised systems would be an advantage but full training will be given.

  • Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships both within the Warehouse department but also with colleagues from other departments.

  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is an advantage.

  • Flexi truck licence would be nice to have but not an essential.

    Hours are following a shift rota of 2 days on, 2 days off 3 nights on and 2 nights off.


    • Pay is £14.00 per hour and shifts are rotating day and night.

    Role is temp to perm after three months.

    Other role is - PPT Forklift Drivers

    Hours are Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00pm.

    Pay is £12.05 per hour.

    Role is temp to perm after three months.

    Other role is - Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Drivers

    Hours are 06.00-14.00pm or 14.00-22.00pm Monday to Friday or 22.00-06.00am Sunday to Thursday.

    Pay is £12.21-13.64 per hour plus overtime.
