Full Job Description

As a Part-Time Administrator / Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, offering professional and efficient administrative support. Your role will involve greeting visitors, managing calls, and maintaining an organized reception area. You will also support our residents and staff with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.,

  • Greet and check ID of all visitors promptly, ensuring they sign in and out.
  • Record and monitor residents on the safeguarding monitoring sheet.
  • Use and understand all relevant computer systems and software.
  • Follow mhs Safeguarding policy and procedures.
  • Attend required training to enhance customer service skills.
  • Report safeguarding concerns to support officers.
  • Comply with health and safety policies and legislation.
  • Operate as a lone worker when necessary, following mhs homes' lone worker policies.
  • Perform additional duties to ensure the efficient operation of mhs homes.
