Full Job Description

The Group FP&A team is integral to Sage's mission of enhancing decision-making, creating competitive advantages, and effectively executing its strategic objectives. As an FP&A Analyst within the analytics team, you will support commercial decisions and drive commercial insights across the organization by leveraging analytical tools and collaborating closely with business units.

This position is part of Sage's Group Finance function and plays a pivotal role in our continued market growth, navigating periods of change, and executing our strategy to become a leading SaaS company.

You will contribute to the monthly reporting and forecasting processes by delivering consistent, timely, accurate, high-quality, and insightful financial and non-financial deliverables to support commercial decision-making. Additionally, you will work closely with the finance systems team to maintain and enhance financial tools, provide broader support to the finance team through ad-hoc projects, and manage data collection and analysis to offer analytical insights. Furthermore, you will understand Sage's strategy and relate it to monthly performance through commentary.

Appetite and interest to learn and develop in Innovation and Automation
Familiarity in FP&A processes: Proficient in traditional reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
