You lead and manage the strategic finance team, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the company's strategic goals
You direct your team in variance analysis activities, providing comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations to address gaps and capitalize on opportunities
You develop and present strategic insights, owning the monthly reporting process. You transform financial data into a compelling narrative, presenting it to senior management and key stakeholders to drive informed, data-driven decision-making
You lead the strategic finance team in developing and tracking key financial metrics and business KPIs, enhancing business intelligence and overall performance
You collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Executives, Team Leads) to gather insights for scenario planning and support long-term strategic initiatives
You spearhead special ad hoc projects with your team to support senior management, delivering key financial insights
You partner closely with the CFO to steer the company's performance, contributing to strategic growth and decision-making at the highest level
The proper tools and capacities to build up and lead an ambitious team of high-performing, international A players

Proven ability to improve performance through compelling analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment
Independent, strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Outstanding interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills for liaising with key stakeholders
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) and leveraging technology for finance optimization
Strong attention to detail, comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Experience in post-merger activities is an advantage
