Full Job Description

Reporting into the Finance Director EMEA, the FP&A Manager is responsible for managing EMEA FP&A functions, including leading monthly outlook ("IBP") processes, annual budget and providing insights on monthly performance against key metrics. In this role you will be working closely with commercial finance teams in EMEA in establishing targets by market/region, gathering insights on business performance. Some of the other responsibilities you will have:

  • Directing offshore FP&A/R2R supporting data loads and related analysis in relation to budgets and forecasts.
  • Identifying efficiencies, process improvement and working closely with Global FP&A to build consistency in core processes with other TPB regions.
  • Working closely with Commercial Finance teams, manage the completion of Consolidated Full-Year Budget and monthly (including Half-Year) Forecasts
  • Manage the monthly business planning (IBP) cycle for the region- ensuring that systems are aligned, and reports completed and submitted on time within group guidelines
  • Support Commercial Finance team's effort to develop top-down and bottom-up budgeting, in line with Brand Plans and Strategic Plans
  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and insights/recommendations for monthly financial review and sales reporting (supported by R2R)
  • Reconciliation of actuals to budget/forecast and writing business driver commentary

    We are looking for someone who is CA/ CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified with experience FMCG Finance experience
  • Strong ability to influence
  • Strong analytical, planning, and systems skills
  • Experience working with FX and ideally PBCS/HFM/GBI system experience
  • Highly collaborative with others across the global Finance teams and other functions to ensure key learning and best practices
  • Interpersonal & communication skills
