We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team and work closely with our Head of Finance Systems, Transformation Implementation Lead, Head of FP&A, Finance Business partners and colleagues in Tech to support the design and build of scalable data structures and reporting models that align with our financial objectives. As the Finance Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our management reporting by owning the development and ongoing management of our new FP&A system, OneStream, as well as supporting the existing Finance Systems team as we progress toward becoming a Digital First Finance function. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for working with our implementation partners, FP&A team and Finance Business partners to design, build, test and implement our OneStream system in addition to the ongoing technical and functional aspects of managing OneStream, translating complex financial requirements into effective system solutions. You will also work alongside other Finance System Managers to share best practices and support system management across our full Finance tech stack. This position offers an excellent opportunity to broaden visibility and leadership across the Finance and Legal function and beyond. The Role: Key Responsibilities: System Design & Implementation:
- Solution architect the design and structure of the data models, integrations, and data migration processes required within OneStream.
- Support the project management of our OneStream implementation
- Lead on user acceptance testing (UAT) and, in conjunction with our implementation partners, ensure smooth execution for system go-live
- Collaborate with the transformation project team to define and implement a post go-live user support model.
- Oversee the transition of OneStream from the project phase into business-as-usual (BAU) operations. System Administration:
- Act as the Super User for OneStream providing support to Finance Business partners for troubleshooting and ensuring optimal system usage
- Lead on system-related projects, including upgrades, customisations, and implementations of new OneStream features
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation, training materials and process maps for effective system management
- Collaborate with the Technology team to manage user profiles and licences. Data Management:
- Maintain and optimise OneStream workflows, ensuring they meet the needs and financial reporting requirements of our Finance Business partners.
- Support FP&A and Finance Business Partners in the build and maintenance of data cubes, business rules, models and reporting suites required to optimise the impact & value of our OneStream investment
- In conjunction with our colleagues in Tech, oversee data structures and integrations between finance systems and source systems, maintaining alignment and integrity. System Controls:
- Monitor, manage, and resolve system issues, coordinating with IT teams and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and controls to ensure compliance.
- Produce and document controls reporting to identify and mitigate potential system risks. Process and reporting improvements:
- Stay informed about new OneStream functionalities, identifying opportunities to automate and improve financial processes that can enhance business operations and drive efficiency in FP&A.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance financial processes such as cashflow forecasting, resource planning and capital management Leadership

- Drive change management and transformation initiatives across teams, leveraging technology and analytics.
- Instil a Continuous Improvement culture, focusing on process, system, and people optimization.
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office., Proven experience in FP&A system management, ideally a super user. Experience with OneStream is essential. Holland and Barrett will provide training and resources to ensure success. - Strong understanding of accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and process improvements, demonstrating the ability to maintain clear controls and documentation for all system procedures.
- Skilled in training and supporting end-users, including non-finance teams, to ensure effective system usage across departments.
- Strong accounting background, with qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, or proven finance experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to inspire, motivate, and influence teams, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytically minded with logical approach to problem-solving, able to use data and insights to drive informed decisions and deliver business results.
- Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence.
