Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Regulatory Affairs Lead to drive regulatory compliance across our Food Packaging Division and work closely with our leadership team to support global product development initiatives.,

  • Lead the delivery of the regulatory agenda for the FP Division, ensuring all kp products and sites meet international regulatory standards
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the Food Division, collaborating with Legal and other functions to manage regulatory issues.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory trends, ensuring compliance with global standards, re-certifications, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct assessments on regulatory impacts of product/process changes, identifying risks and developing solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders to influence the global regulatory landscape.
  • Provide cross-functional support to teams in Legal, Procurement, Quality, Innovation, and Commercial to integrate compliance into product development.
  • Management and Strategy:
  • Oversee regulatory affairs implementation across multiple markets and manufacturing plants.
  • Act as a senior regulatory affairs champion within kp, representing the company publicly on regulatory matters.
  • Develop and train internal teams on regulatory compliance, ensuring a proactive approach to product stewardship.

    Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A number of years experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within the Food and Packaging industry.
  • Expertise in regulatory standards, risk assessment, and change management.
  • Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage complex regulatory environments across diverse markets and regions.
