Full Job Description
- Prepare and cook dishes from a Continental Menu with expertise, including grill experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage stock efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop junior team members.
- Ensure exceptional customer care and maintain attention to detail in all aspects of work.
We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie who will work 40 hours per week on any days from Monday to Sunday, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure., Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel setting. - Knowledge of food preparation from a Continental Menu.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and work under pressure.
- Pride in your work and exceptional attention to detail.
- Food Safety Qualifications.
- Proven success in a similar environment is preferred.
- A team player and leader, with a desire to excel and make each guest visit memorable.
