Full Job Description

We are in search of a meticulous Fraud Risk Manager to become part of our Centralised Fraud Unit. The ideal person will oversee the identification, evaluation, and reduction of fraud risks throughout all business activities.
This position demands analytical abilities, proficiency in fraud risk management, and the capacity to devise and execute robust risk mitigation tactics.

What you will be doing

  • Risk Assessment: Establish and conduct initial fraud risk assessments across all business units, identifying critical vulnerabilities and working closely with the Head of Fraud to prioritize and recommend immediate mitigation strategies.

  • Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement foundational fraud prevention and detection frameworks, including designing and establishing fraud risk management policies, standard operating procedures, and quick-response mechanisms for emerging risks.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Set up and continuously refine fraud monitoring systems, detect signs of fraud early, review alerts, and collaborate with the Head of Fraud to provide timely and actionable fraud risk reports.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Fraud and other departments to ensure a unified approach to fraud risk management, focusing on building cross-functional relationships and establishing initial fraud awareness and training programs.

  • Compliance: Develop and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to fraud risk management, with a focus on setting up the necessary protocols and contributing to the creation of a robust fraud prevention culture.
