Developed in partnership with Microsoft, this free programme offers comprehensive training, mentoring, and support to help you secure a job as an IT Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, or Technical Analyst.

The programme also provides pathways to progress into high-demand roles like Cyber Security Analyst and Penetration Tester.
