Full Job Description

To provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to people using the Service acting often as the first point of contact for a range of queries and routine information from members of staff, across the Trust, and external organisations.

Refer any irresolvable or more complex issues or concerns to the Deputy/Lead Guardian.

To be responsible for the administration of the FTSU feedback process when cases are closed down.

Proactively monitor the evaluations regarding the experience of the FTSU process from the feedback forms and produce periodic evaluation summaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian.

Provide administrative support and management of diaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian necessitating daily use of Microsoft Office software including set up and updating of presentations using a variety of media.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Administrator. You will need enthusiasm and a commitment to provide the highest standards of admin support to the team with the ability to work on your own initiative.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication & IT skills. Previous NHS administrative experience is desirable but not essential.

The 15 hours can be worked flexibly to meet own needs as well as the needs of the service.

A new and very exciting Administration post is available, working with the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust.

This role will enhance the Freedom to Speak Up service we currently offer to almost 7000 staff as well as to temporary staff.

You will be part of a small friendly team providing Admin support to the Guardian and Deputy Guardian in contributing to Dorset HealthCare's drive to improving culture, staff experience and high quality patient care., At Dorset HealthCare we're on a mission to empower people to make the most of theirlives through our outstanding, joined-up healthcare services.
