Full Job Description

We are looking for someone with a positive and proactive attitude, that is willing to go above and beyond. The role itself will be based in the field and involve meeting our customers for check-ins, viewings and undertaking a variety of guest assistance tasks covering our London based properties.

General Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet new guests for check-ins acting as the face of City Relay.

  • Carry out quality checks of apartments raising any issues to the guest team

  • Carrying out ad hoc tasks like key cutting or dropping off amenities

  • Helping provide initial troubleshooting and resolution, where possible, to issues such as no heating or no wi-fi

  • Dealing with customer queries in a friendly and helpful manner.

  • Delivering outstanding customer care at all times.

  • Dealing with the customer's concerns and trying to resolve the customer's issues

  • Prompt reporting of any guest concerns or property issues to the guest team

  • Advising customers with leisure activities and places to visit in London.

  • Promoting the facilities and services offered by City Relay to the customer such as transportation from the property to the reception space or , mid stay extra cleaning etc.

    A "people person" who will enjoy meeting and assisting guests

  • Ability to stay calm and keep an above average sense of humour in stressful situations

  • To demonstrate attention to detail and use initiative to troubleshoot and provide solutions when necessary.

  • Take ownership and responsibility ensuring you are working to effectively promote the positive reputation of the company

  • Participate and work in collaboration with team members

  • Your approach at all times must be flexible, positive, caring, enthusiastic, honest and engaging, always aspiring to be the best at what we do.

  • To effectively manage your own time on a day to day basis placing the emphasis on where your contribution will add the greatest value.

  • To deliver all aspects of your role in a timely manner as required.

  • Forge trusted relationships with guests and both internal and external clients and stakeholders.

  • Take ownership and be able to work effectively to deliver solutions where required

  • Able to organise, plan and manage workload

  • An excellent London knowledge and if you drive or have a scooter is desirable.
