Full Job Description
- Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project time frame
- Negotiating labour contracts and schedules
- Advising clients and crew on legal matters and disputes
- Monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs
- Preparing labour and supplier accounts for payment
- Writing reports detailing costs and progress for clients
- This is a site based role and will require a daily site presence
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or comparable qualification - Excellent JCT and NEC knowledge
- Experience working for a construction main contractor on D&B projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, driven and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to operate autonomously and as part of wider teams across the business
