Full Job Description

  • General administrative tasks (Inputting data, Completing shipping documentation, raising invoices and passing purchase invoices)

  • rranging all import / export consignments (Planning / booking collections and monitoring shipments)

  • Liaising with customers / service providers

    The suitable candidate should have min 2-3 years experience of working within shipping dept. environment

  • Knowledge of Customs procedures and software would be advantageous but is not essential

  • Must be driven to provide the highest levels of customer service

  • Must be a strong team player with a pro-active approach and able to prioritise tasks effectively

  • A strong communicator

  • Able to work well independently and within a team

  • Good file management skills

    This is a full time, permanent position working; Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.00hrs.
