Full Job Description
As a member of the Project Cargo Air & Ocean Team, you will manage the plannning of shipments by air/sea according to priority level. Your main tasks will be:
- Management of import/export customs formalities
- Monitoring the transport chain
- Relations with airlines, shipping companies and foreign partners
- Customer service, quotations

To best fill the role of Freight Forwarding Senior Service Agent Air & Ocean, the following requirements complete your profile: - Previous experience in Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding of at least 3 years
- Proactive approach and high degree of flexibility
- Specific knowledge of handling methodologies, lashing, stowage plans
- High level of proficiency in English, the knowledge of other languages is a plus
