Full Job Description

We are seeking a fluent French speaker with excellent customer service skills to join our team in Bury, Manchester, in a hybrid role (office & remote working). You'll be a key player in ensuring seamless coordination of customer orders across various sectors, contributing to our reputation for outstanding service.,

  • Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely system entry and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet delivery and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Resolve customer queries and manage tasks through Service Cloud Case, keeping processes efficient and smooth.
  • Ensure orders meet customer purchase order requirements and agreed delivery dates.
  • Run end-of-day reports to maintain up-to-date system information.
  • Liaise with both internal teams and external contacts via phone, email, and other communication channels.
