French Teacher

To plan/deliver a learning programme to teach French to adults within our creative skills curriculum area. Learners will not be working towards a qualification, but will be wanting to learn a modern foreign language to use at work, for travel, to communicate with family or friends or for the joy and challenge of learning a new language.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative member of staff, who will:

• Ideally have a teaching qualification


• Have experience of teaching French


• Be able to include digital skills within the delivery of your course


• Be able to devise and deliver an imaginative and topical French course


• Track learner progress and feedback to ensure that learners achieve their goals


• Demonstrate agility and adaptability in mindset and ways of working


• Demonstrate commitment to own personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the role


• Communicate clearly, confidently and appropriately with colleagues using the best methods of communication for the task.


• Actively engage in positive cross organisational communications and team working


• Demonstrate innovation and creativity
