Full Job Description

  • Welcoming clients.

  • Answering the phones to book in clients & take enquiries.

  • Keeping the reception area tidy.

  • Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email.

  • Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts.

  • Inform clients about new services and discounts.

  • Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.

  • Managing, creating and distributing of all social media content and branding on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and working closely with our Head Office Team to grow the platforms.

  • Grow and achieve follower engagement while expanding our brand and company identity.

  • Having unique Ideas and Leading on social media and marketing, strategies and campaigns.

    The ideal candiate needs to represent the Sanrizz brand and must be welcoming, highly diplomatic, trustworthy and a positive team player., Someone who enjoys interacting with a wide range of Clients

  • Flair for Social media & Marketing and enjoys creating content

  • Well presented with a strong focus on Customer Service

  • A team player who has knowledge of the beauty industry and the importance of social media

  • Self-motivated, creative who can think outside the box.

  • Someone who is looking for long term prospects and wants to grow within the company., Previous receptionist experience.

  • Relevant experience in Social Media & Marketing

  • Ideally have worked in high-pressure customer care environment.

  • Communication and people skills to inspire, inform, encourage and resolve issues.

  • Good common sense skills.

  • Able to multi task and work well under pressure.

  • Being aware of stylist timing and capability on the salon floor.

  • Open minded to learning new skills and the ability to pass these on.

  • Excellent knowledge of IT, Microsoft Office, social media and marketing

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
