As a Front of House Apprentice at The Plough, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to learn the essentials of exceptional customer service, gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, and grow into a key role within our team. You will work closely with our experienced staff, learning the art of hospitality, service etiquette, and the importance of creating a positive guest experience., Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and warm demeanour.

- Assist in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and professionally.

- Learn to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.

- Develop an understanding of The Plough's menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide accurate information to guests.

- Support the front-of-house team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a smooth operation.
