Full Job Description

This is a post for a Front of House Assistant that wants to join our Active Halton Leisure Centres team with responsibility for providing excellent customer service and support to our visitors to Halton's NEW £30 million pound asset, Halton Leisure Centre. No two days will be same, so this role requires somebody with excellent communication and organisation skills. The purpose of the role is to support in the day-to-day delivery of services, working alongside the Facility Manager and colleagues to deliver a facility and services that keep the residents of Halton active. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual that would like the opportunity to gain personal development which will provide you with the opportunity for career progression. Your Contributions: You will be accountable to the Facility Manager and responsible for creating a friendly, relaxing and professional environment to customers (visitors) and deliver the highest level of customer service. You will support the smooth running of reception and café areas and assist in the effective day to day operations of the service to maximise sales and participation by data capture and upselling our products.
