Full Job Description
- serving customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond and creating strong relationships with our customers
- assist customers in a warm and friendly manner and ensure their orders are taken correctly and delivered with a smile
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards in the cafe
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till
- Help with stock management and inventory control
- To assist in kitchen and service areas as directed that are necessary to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided.
- Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
