Full Job Description

  • Managing a team of Baristas

  • Oversee the day-to-day services from a front of house perspective

  • Leading your team to success

  • Making and serving food and hot drinks

  • Ensuring quick service to customers

  • Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team

  • Compile time sheets and working records for staff payment

  • Running shifts and training team members

  • Organise monthly stock count and restocking and maintaining of the work areas

  • Help in the recruitment and retention of team members

  • Identifies and supports team members who can and are willing to evolve their careers within Aramark

  • Champion excellent customer service

    2 years barista experience essential

    • Latte art desirable
    Previous supervisory experience at a supervisor or team leader level
    An excellent team player with the ability to work efficiently and independently if required
    General food safety knowledge

  • We are offering a salary of £30,000 per year

  • Full time - 40 hours per week

  • Monday - Friday, between 7am - 5pm. No weekends!
