Full Job Description

We are now seeking an organised and conscientious Front of House Manager to oversee the running of the front reception desk and business events centre desk, deli and café at our large public sector client's site in Croydon.

With proven experience ideally in catering, hotel or hospitality management and a Level 2 in Food Safety you will be keen, enthusiastic, highly organised and put people and customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Working under the guidance of the General Manager you will have responsibility for the following;

  • Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen compliance)

  • KPIs

  • Food safety

  • Cash Control

  • Stock Control

  • Audits

  • Staff and supplier management


  • Though this role will be Monday to Friday there is an expectation to be flexible to work occasional weekends as and when necessary.

    Salary £33,120.00 per annum plus 5% annual performance related bonus
