Your responsibility as a Front of House Office Apprentice is to oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, organising people, information and other resources. Apply today!!

Trilitech are looking for a competent Front of House Office Apprentice, to help oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, organising people, information and other resources. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

The Front Of House Office Management team at Trilitech handles everything from greeting guests to keeping
the office running smoothly. We take care of administrative tasks, maintain the building, and make sure
everyone stays safe and healthy. We thrive on organisation and use our expertise to support employee
wellbeing and the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

What you'll do:

? Support the office manager.
? Manage stock, deliveries and lunch orders.
? Meet & greet office visitors and interviewees.
? Keep up with general housekeeping & liaise with cleaning staff.
? Work ad hoc to help run events and all-staff meetings.
? Help to manage desk and meeting room booking.

? Evidence of working well with others, being proactive and enthusiastic.
? Proven skills of organisation, problem-solving

As an apprentice you will be included on a L2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship standard, your specialist function will be in Reception, this will involve one to one training with a Regional Trainer from Inspiro Learning who will meet with you on a regular basis.

You can start an apprenticeship whether you're starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.

As an apprentice you'll

? Paid time off and support as you complete your L2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship standard, specialising in Reception.
? 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a bonus day off for you to celebrate your birthday!
